Cats and Haunted Houses

Right now my life is slightly boring, but okay.
I'm looking to move out in the next little while but it's kind of hard to find a place that will accept cats. I have three. Jason (my husband) and I got our first cat in California as a kitten and she traveled with us back to Utah.
The other two cats we acquired accidentally as so often happens with cats. So we had three and were in a place that accepted them. But now that I'm living at home and need to find a new place, it's a bit difficult. This no-pets-allowed business in places to rent is a very good bashing subject, but I'll leave that to another blog. I kind of want to keep this one shorter since my last blog was hella long.

I went to a haunted house last night with my boyfriend. It was the Haunted Forest and Psycho Manor in American Fork. We had gotten a coupon from a Thai restaurant and decided it would be fun to go. It was scary. Soo scary! I've been to haunted house things before (I actually think I went to this same one a few years back) and I was able to handle myself fairly well. But not this time, not anymore for some reason. My boyfriend got great entertainment from my fright though. He had a ball.
It was very interesting discovering that part of myself. When you are absolutely scared shitless, you are in circumstances that pushes your psychology to new levels.
Anyways, it was fun...kind of. Took an hour for us to complete both. Probably should have taken more time but I had a tendency to run and hurry through the way scary parts, which was most of it. It was fun in retrospect. During it... it was interesting. Worth it, but probably not healthy for me to do on a regular basis.
