I have come to a disturbing realization concerning obama's presidency.
No one is going to make jokes about him. Since forever SNL, Mad Tv, Jay Leno, Connon O'brian, David Letterman, etc. have been making jokes about the president. But not with obama will any white people make a joke about him fearing they will be labeled a racist? Plenty of minorities made fun of W. Bush, Clinton and Bush, but now that the tables are turned i'm afraid that no one will make jokes about obama. sure their are the impersonators, but they don't really make fun of him. Of course minorities can make fun of him, but not white people. I am interested how this will play out. unfortunately i foresee writers of the networks having a hard time to make jokes and keep viewers interested.

I really do hope so. I am not a big bad mouther of any one, but the jokes are really funny about politicians and I enjoy them regardless if I agree with the politician or joke. Time will tell.
dude have you been watching mad tv at all? 3 weeks ago they made fun of the race. 3 months ago they made jokes about both clinton and obama ( they did a joke about how obama beat hillary in every thing and award including the woman of the year.)
south park made an entire episode making fun of obama in an oceans 11 type of manner. i would also like to point out that obama has enough controversy that jokes about him are unnecessary as it would be like whispering in a room filled with white noise
either way, people flip a brick if you make racial comments about African Americans. (I'm not even sure what they even want to be called now-a-days. no matter what we call 'em they freak) anyways, how come they can have BET (black entertainment television) but we can't have WET (that's something it would never be named, but white entertainment television.) and they get to have all these little groups and things for them, but if the white people do, its like your the biggest racist of america and your now gonna assasinate the president! I hate how obama calls the people of the united states of america "my people" its like he thinks he is some kind of holy man. i think think all political jokes and cartoons are hilarous, especially the ones about obama, but im not racist in away...either way if your running for president no matter who you are, people are going to find something, anything to make fun of you for. Everyone has faults and the media uses that against you. Which bothers me.
