Is it necessary for the end of semester, finals, and Christmas to be within two weeks of each other? Maybe it's just me, but I feel like school is ruining my holiday season. By the time all of my finals are finished/failed, I will have about 2 weeks to do Christmas shopping, look at Christmas lights, make a gingerbread house, watch Christmas movies, drink eggnog, and build a snowman. Why do they do this do us? (Not you, Daniel. I'm talking about other, ridiculous professors who are identical twins with Scrooge.)
I'll stop complaining now and get back to studying, but do any of you feel this way or am I being a baby?

I dont think that you are being a baby i think you are totally right i dont even feel like it is christmas because i am stressing out so much about school. even though we have a little break in between this semester and the next you have to sign up for classes and get text books and prepare yourself so really there is no room for the holidays. i still cannot believe that chrsitmas is in two weeks with finals here it feels like well not christmas it probably dosen't help there is no snow or not enough.
I have to disagree with you on this one Kylee. I don't feel you are being a baby in any way, I can totally relate. However its funny how things change and situations are all relative to ones place in life. I am so looking forward to these two weeks! I have not had more than 2 days in a row off from work or school in over a year! I finally have two weeks to be continuously with my family! I will be able to build a snowman with my little boys, spend quality time with my wife, and have time to myself!! Again I completely understand your feelings and I don't think you're being a baby. I just find it interesting how everything is relative.
